Features of DPSL-W03LEK-J

DPSL-W03LEK-J is a single-phase grid-connected inverter designed and manufactured to be suitable for use in the Green Home 1 Million Homes Project as well as solar power plants. It also includes a knock function, which turns the display screen on and off and allows you to conveniently switch and select display items.

(1) Optimal design for installation and operation

DPSL-W03LEK-J has improved the thickness and paint of the case to ensure durability and appearance. It also displays information such as the inverter status and power generation on the LCD, and is designed for user convenience to automatically start and stop, and to perform self-diagnosis and attempt automatic restart when a fault is detected.

(2) Maximum output point control

Since the output characteristics of solar cells change depending on the amount of solar radiation and temperature, it is necessary to change the operating point of the inverter according to the output status of the solar cell in order to obtain the maximum output. DPSL-W03LEK-J has a high tracking ability to accurately judge the output status of the solar cell and ensure that the inverter always has the maximum efficiency.

(3) High power factor and high efficiency inverter

The DPSL-W03LEK-J inverter controls the power factor to always be 0.98 or higher (under load conditions of 30% or higher) according to the grid voltage, thereby reducing harmonic damage to other electrical devices connected to the grid power and always supplying clean power. In addition, the system efficiency is designed to always be 90% or higher under input conditions of 50% or higher, enabling high-efficiency power conversion.

(4) Anti-single-drive function

The DPSL-W03LEK-J inverter detects and safely stops the inverter within a short period of time (0.5 seconds) by monitoring output overfrequency, underfrequency, undervoltage, or overvoltage, which may occur depending on the surrounding load conditions in the event of a power outage in the grid.

(5) System monitoring function

The DPSL-W03LEK-J inverter has power control and status monitoring functions by DSP and displays them on the LCD. When a fault is detected, it stops power generation through its own protection function and displays the abnormal status on the LCD. In addition, status monitoring via a PC is possible upon user request.

(6) Power saving function

The DPSL-W03LEK-J inverter is equipped with a power-saving function. This function is designed to protect the life of the LCD display and to reduce standby power loss. If the knock function is not used for approximately 1 minute, the display screen will turn off.
